One Year Level Pack

It's been a long time since latest TAP level pack. We decided to make something about it. OYLP (One Year Level Pack) is a new kind of level pack offered to you by team TAP (zebra, jonsta, Jappe2, Ramone, umiz).

The idea is that you are given one year time to play the levels. After that, the best players are rewarded and all the WR recs are published and the best times table is no longer updated. See more info below.

btw. it seems that there multiple cups going on at the same time. Play the cups first if you like and after that concentrate on this pack. There is much time to hÃ¶yl these levs

okhay, tried the first four for an hour or more

OYLP01 by zebra:

Quite ok first impression, found it immediately hard to decide on the start style, that's still quite ok, however... the end is similar, hard to decide on the route. This kind of annoyed me, so I moved onto the 2nd level quite fast.

Might be a nice smooth hoyl level when correct styles are found!

OYLP02 by jonsta:

I see symmetric level with 2 flowers, BOORING, but I hoyl a bit more... I find it surprisingly hard to pull a good ride with a proper style. awesome level! I lajk baunzez, played 40 mins

OYLP03 by ramone:

Had great expectations, after all, it's a ramone lev! I cruise for a while, finally find the bottom apple, level looks really promising. After 10 mins I notice I can't do any shortcuts (at least easily), somehow this turned me off! =( very boring to just do those loops. and please wtf is that end?

OYLP04 by jappe2:

This time expectations were correct, a level where you feel you're riding EXACTLY how jappe2 wanted you to and I never like that. Found it possible to do a harder style but it is a great deal slower. However, the lev looks like somewhat funny hoyl lev with a few possible mini-tricks to save a second or two. and i guess in the end everything comes down to hoyling anyway?

Well.. apart from my level you gave pretty good grades.

And I hope you test the rest of the levels too...

I hope all at least test the levels and play the ones they like!

yes it's good grades, although i didnt enjoy some of those too much. but seriously, must leave some space always when giving ratings, guess an avg belma level would be 3/10 :/. these levs are simply good, i guess most important thing after all is smooth flow! that's an instant 3/10. for example sometimes you meet lev where you cant avoid landing on an uphill, then you bounce in air without having any control on bike. what could be more stupid.

and also must leave some space for better lev, hope some lev will be a 9!

wasted one hour of my life on this level, was wondering wtf is this lev doing in the pack, til I found out I love it. very cool lev, unfortunately the hoyling flow isn't as good as 02

Well zworqy, you don't have to play the whole year

For a pro like you it shouldn't take a long time to get a good total time

Anyway, this was a new idea we wanted to test. It also eases up my work in the future when I don't have to update the table no more. And in the end you get some great WRs to watch

Hmm, I didn't notice you will update the best times throughout the year. I thought we would have to wait a year for some results. Maybe I'll try it then.

lost motivation to go through the levs one by one, but at least stopped on one of them for a longer period of time

After finding the top grav down apple I felt certain that the way to go is to pick the top apple first, felt so absolutely obvious. but to my surprise picking any of the grav down apples is potentially fast. Too bad that all the 3 routes have some annoying part where i just couldnt find the correct trick. pretty ok lev

Most of the levs are damn loong... It'd take a lot of time to go through 30 levs and figure out styles for all of them. The levels seemed very nice though when I browsed through them quickly, just the average length could've been shorter.

Yeh, I thought about that too, it isn't so useful.... but anyway it's there as an extra info.

welle, of course you can share your style if you want, but like in a cup, it's not recommended.

bleh forgot to send times before the first table, sent them now. Good levs mostly and the length is good. Hoyling a short lev is boring. Especially like umiz and ramone levs. Umiz levs something different and ramone brings some internal feeling there.

hah, you could easily get (almost) all the wrs. Maybe it's even better for other ppl if you weren't hÃ¶yling these
