from syte: The replay upload script has been frozen until it's been repaired (most likely it will be fixed tomorrow, 28/4). For now, check your TT at elmaonline.net.

yes, script is frozen atm. If I have time tomorrow I will fix it. The problem is that the times are hidden in eol site so i cant search for matches. But i will give it a peak tomorrow!

OK so the script should be working BUT I have not done anything about the error where non finished recs are accepted. Because EOL site can't recognize TREK tracks yet (it will though, after the deadline) I would have to code a bit and I don't really have that time right now.

So, what you have to do is up your recs and don't bother uploading unfinished/SL driven recs because I will just delete it eventually = pointless, only giving more work for me.

When the deadline has passed I will add EOL check and it will also check if time exists (= is finished).

Please upload your best times Before deadline so I can start working on the Movie

as I said Before, it's not necessary to up recs to nindex. All you need to participate in this Contest is to drive the times online but we all want a cool Movie, so up recs! =)

As I've said Before I am very busy atm, so I only have very Little time per day for elma. But that's no big problem

keep a hoylin! only about a week left, WRTT is: 34:24,73.

And let me know if you encounter any more problems with the rec script!

I uploaded zip with all levels and apparently only those 3 levels registered, tried again immediately with same zip and it said I had not improved those levels with some other text and redirected to upload page

Hmm. Should all the times be shown under the uploader? When I upload the .zip with all the recs it doesn't give me any error anymore, but under the uploader there's only times for Trek01, 02, 03, 58 and 59 :S

EDIT: okay fixed it by deleting the recs for those 5 leves from the .zip

Hmm... what did the gray page say when you uploaded all recs? It should accept zips with previously upped times... will look more tonight.

For me it said "not improved" for every level, even though it only succesfully upped the 5 recs.

It wrote times starting from 51 up to 59 and continued from 01. Before I tried with all recs and it again said I hadn't improved 48, 49, 50 and it also wrote 51 time on the gray page, but it didn't show up on the main site.

A few things about trek tracks competition:

only 5 Days left, and the ending ceremony will most likely be held in IRC on sunday 18th. Time and channel is yet undetermined. Let me know if you have a preffered time of the gala. I will do the show like I explained earlier: each lev is published chronogically with personal tts revealed simultaniously along side with the levs.

For those who would like a Little extra challenge then please, find a secret area in the pack and send your rec to me. some recs will be used in the Movie for end credits =)

As I've said Before, I am very busy so I can't say for sure when Movie will be made and prize will be sent etc. But I hope you're all OK with that. The preliminary date for end show is sunday the 18th.

Upped all recs for all levs (as zip) at once and the site says my tt is over a minute slower than it really is... annoying to up all recs one by one because can't remember which ones I have improved.

roope are you sure that all the recs are your best times? The script should be fine, but maybe some old time in there is fucking it up. Control all the times in your list and tell me if you see something wierd please

. If you are sure every time is your best time, and there are no duplicates then I will take a look at it on sunday, don't worry about deadline. I won't start making the Movie yet so you can still up recs after sunday, but the deadline for the TT competition is tomorrow at 23:59 gmt+1. I will let you guys know in a few Days about the Movie.

Final show sunday at 21:15 GMT+1 (basically 15 mins after 1htt) at #trektracks in irc. Preliminary time and Place, if it Changes I will post here. Let me know if this time sucks for you.

EDIT: the recuploader should work like this:
you can up zip and it will accept any time that is better than old times or any rec with a new time. If you have a rec which is worse than a previously uploaded rec then the script will simply ignore it.

uploading rec files should be no problem and it will also check if you have a previous time and if it's better/worse etc.

I have tried to access the stats from the eol site but honestly I can do nothing without the help of an admin there and Kopaka hasn't replied to my message. So I currently don't have the stats for the show. I need a few days to prepare the stats and since I haven't got access today the final show wont happen thursday. I am aiming for saturday now, hoping that Kopaka (or maybe some other admin?) could give me access to the stats.....

Please bear in mind that I am very busy doing rafting and kayaking, so I only have very Little time to spend in front of my computer which is why the show is being delayed.

Anyway, I hope someone can grant me access to the stats so that we can have a nice ending to this Contest on saturday. If not, then I have a very fun job here in Iceland I would very gladly spend 100% of my time doing this summer.

News! I have stats! I now know who won this

A slight change in how this will be done, I will post top 10 times lev by lev and after all top ten I will post TT results.

Final show in #trektracks at saturday evening! Lets say 21:00 GMT+1 (Swedish time).

If anything Changes (likt for example time) then I will post here!

And yes, I would love some help with the video! Let's chat/skype sometime soon and arrange something together.

As for the video, expect it to be done fairly soon. Possibly in mid/late june even. And I think it would be most enjoyable for everyone if we didn't share any recs before the video. That way, you can all dl it, grab a bowl of pop-corn and watch the 34,16 min long elmarun with some epic music! There's not too much happening in elma these Days, so I think this would be a cool thing to look forward to

On Another note, I will Contact Rapptor and anhe88 (the original creators of Trek tracks) and show them the video when it's been made. It will be interesting to see what they have to say

There are several ELMA sites and I am always confused with them.
So I skipped all final results despite I was here on time
