I made simple LGR that helps doing bounces.

Just move (without braking and throttling) wheel centre to the hole in a bike and then press brake/throttle. Sometimes it cause good bounce. Remember to play with hight FPS for better bounces. I hope it won't be considered as a cheat

As an enhancement you could make it align perfectly for 0 min distance or add something for that.

offsets of wheels and bike are commonly known. I moved wheels to the bike position with cheat engine (earlier disabling physics, cuz if physics works then internal error). look: http://www.recsource.tv/r/lkxdsutvyg

Maybe make whole bike a ghost bike with target so can better see where wheel is
