Well, I mabey sounds like a n00b, but...I dont know what bug time is....so could anyone tell me??

Hm read moposite elma FAQ

A bug time is when you finish the level without getting every apple, caused by touching an apple with both wheels at the same time. Most often it happens on Hooked.

jcl is right. Another name for it is Hooked-bug. Anyway other bug times are not allowed either such as huge bug bounces etc.

Animal Farm, Long Haul and What the heck are levels where you can experience Hooked-bug easier than averagely.
