How do I make a level map with the nitro patch ¿¿¿

You don't make a map with the pacth...but you can set the size of the ingame map bigger, so that it requires fewer cuts and pastes to make a map.
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?
