Function keys

So I recently got a new laptop, downloaded eol on it and connected and ready go, however the function keys dont work, so i cant download the balle lev with F4 or see players online and so forth. F2 for example dims the monitor screen F9 will simply turn the volume down and so forth for all of them. How can i make them work solely for elma when im running eol?

you must set function key first
