I checked the email sending problem but it's too hard to fix ... I have no idea how it's configured ... I guess it hasn't worked in years.

But I can reset your password manually if that's what you need?

Not entirely sure, but the theory is that something with the updated version of EOL changed timings so it would update rankings while some data was missing. It should have been fixed moving forward, but need to do big recalculation of all battles at some point to fix these ones.
