It's funny, how a new version can kill moposite :(.

I would love to see paprika done already. Ask for help if you want it, there's like 20 other guys out there not helping who could contribute to making paprika done within a week or two.

I don't get why he not just moves sections from old to paprika and then he can always update them later, instead of this shit having two pages.

Yeah its sad that the temporary setting of two pages was left final. It's sad mainly because its confusing to look for content since its randomly divided under two different pages. Since Balasz obviously wont release new version this issue with Paprika would be my biggest wish to come true.

Pab is from Uruguay, could you please add that nation to the choices when creating/editing identity?

Also, i think the "Elma settings" in our identity are pretty out-of-date, you could let user write their own istead of selecting among list of wrong choices.

I agree too, it would be very refreshing indeed.

Also I have a question:
how to accept a guy into a team in Moposite?
I couldn't find it anywhere, believe me, I tried. Maybe I'm just blind. Thanks for the info :)

Thank you very much Abula :)
You really have no idea how glad I am, and (I think I can say this with a clean conscience) we all are, for your comeback and for your current effort to bring life back to the scene's heart. I am a relatively fresh guy, I have not been here in the times of activity of the great men like you Abula, but if it was all that alive back then... I incredibly wish to get back for a few years and live in those beautiful times :) We are all really incredibly grateful, please know this :)
Let's hope that you will keep your motivation for a long time and that you will not leave us very soon.
All the best! :)

Pawq: thanks for kind words :].

I've been working in web coding company for 2y now so I've improved a lot of my skills and more importantly I've finally understood that the end users are the one that matters. Not the fancy technics how the site is made etc. My current plan is to fix the most critical parts first (those which give most joy for users) and not in any stupid logical order.

And without Kopaka I wouldn't had started.

Well, we're going to have a hard time deciding the Contribution GAA this year. Sorry for not searching this up, just orka atm, but I think that Kopaka hasn't yet received his GAA. In my opinion it's high time he gets one :) EOL, Moposite, Kopasite, he really deserved it :)

I would offer my support for the Moposite, if I had a possibility to give it. Unfortunately I am really short of time (can't even update my tt list :( ), so I simply cannot help :(

Yea, this should be thought carefully. By clicking team/player/nat should it link to Community or Records pages? Configurable? I prefer not adding more user settings if possible. They are coded in challenging way.

Easier to link from Identity page to Records. Yes, I'll add links to player/team/nat pages. :P

I was thinking about the same thing, jon. Team records are kinda fucked up, coz times which player made before joining team, are not counted in team records.

If it's player's personal best, why it's not team best??? It doesn't matter when he made it imo.

It might seem weird, but it's the way it's always been regarding WRs. If a player changes team, the original team keeps the WR. And that makes sense, and is fair I think.

Well, regarding WRs..., but regarding team records ? For instance if we accept a new member to our team so our team total time will stay the same because all his times he had done in the previous team ? That makes no sense..

Yes, it does. For instance, you accept a new member that has a WR. That does not mean your team has had a WR. It's like if some nab soccer club accepts a player who has won champions league, the team still hasn't won it. Anyway, the team the player was on when he got the WR is the team that can "take credit" for it.

Igge got it correct. Player must drive the records when he's in the team (or nation, or season). I know it has been different back then. But that was changed now, at least on Moposite. You can always start a new state.dat and upload new times in new team.

There can be errors and these can be fixed, of course. Not sure should Lukazz have team total time. Probably not so the system is bugging there.

Bludek: tell the date you joined CART and I'll fix your times.

I think the times from top 10 are counted as well. In seasonal records of 2011 at least Jarkko has times worse than his records.

I understand how the system actually works and how relevant it is to know in which team which time was driven but I have to agree that the actual system is kinda flawed.

In my opinion, a team's tt should be the total time of every best time by an active team member. So, figuratively, if someone leaves a team, he takes his records with him and puts them in his new team. But my definition might be debatable.

The 30.38 will be saved under FM in that case. (however not shown on team records currently, but will be fixed eventually)

However TTs doesn't work like that, they are shown under current team regardless under which team the times were driven.

In the wr table and in every table it should show the current team, if you change your team, then the times going to the new team and no more problems. And this example with the champions league winner is bullshit. In a soccer team all of the players playin for the result, in elma just playin you.

I think it's fun to see which team a specific person was in when he got that wr. But that's just me.

That's exactly my opinion. Regarding TTs and single time records the player should take his times with him, from team to team. WRs are "making their mark" in elma history by being driven by a specific player from a specific team on a specific WR-table. Records are just being refreshed, it's always the same table (so to speak) so therefore times should be transferred between teams, even WR-times.

Well, Ali invited me few weeks after realeasing of EOL so we can beat the charts together :D It did not happen as we imagined, but it was fun.

I don't know exact date, but it doesn't matter, coz I didn't make any new internal times back then. I have searched through old balles and I'm almost certain it happened between 15th and 17th august 2010. So make it ez 17th aug.

Thx for great work, Abula!

Yeah but for team TT you play together for the results, so taking those times with you to another team would (kinda) be the same as if a player changes from from one team to another in same league, he would take along the goals he scored and changes those team's goalscores.
