Are you agile?

I am very agile.

This is what I can do:

1. Touch arm with thumb on same arm's hand.
2. Put BOTH feet behind my neck, one at a time as well as simultaneously.
3. The Lotus position. (put both feet in lap, remember that they must both be ON TOP of the thighs.
4. Put one arm on back from above and the other from underneath and put both hands together. (Not just touch with fingertips)

Easy.

What can you do?

i cant even touch my toes without bending me knees,
but i can bend my fingers back to 90degrees from the back of my hand without touching them, its caus im loose jointed i can bend all my joints slightley in reverse, the only reason i haven ot broke me arm so far is because of this extra bend backwards i have

Or are you supposed to put the second hand between your legs and then on your back?

3. Lotus is easy
4. Not easy, but I cant still do it...

Nope. Ben one arm down behind your head and bend the other up your back.

But most people (?) can't do this "armlock-on-self", just touch fingertips.

Touching left ear with right arm is easy.
Touching left ear with right arm over/behind head is easy.
Touching right ear with right arm around head is... hard, but possible

i can do shit all of this stuff coz my muscles are always too tight

and agile isn't the word, i think flexible is better

but the thing where you touch your right ear with right arm around head is easy. looking down, your right arm goes counter-clockwise around your head

i can hold my left foot with my right arm, and jump through the "hole" i made with my right foot. i can even jump "backwards" in the hole.
i can hold a stick in between my hands and jump over it.
i can hold hands and get them around my feet (around = front -> under feet -> back)
did you get it ?

BTW 1, I think I can do /DC's stuff too, at least the last two.

BTW 2: Try this: Put one feet behind you head while still STANDING on the other one...

No, bend your hand 90 degrees, and then push your thumb in (with the other hand) against the wrist...

I can bend my fingertips, (just the part where the nail is) 90 degrees when the rest of my finger is straight.

I can move my pinky toe so that it rest upon the one next to it, without using my fingers.

I also can do no. 1 and when I was smaller I even managed to bend two of my fingers back so that they touched my wrist. Now I can just manage 3/4 of the way. USing the other hand as help of course.

Also no. 4 is easy, the thing with arms around head too and I also manage to hold a stick in my hands and jump over.

Im not completely sure what you mean, I can do it putting my arm around the front of my head then reaching behind, but not with my arm around the back (so damn close though)

The Lotus:
Put your left foot ON TOP OF your right thigh and
put your right foot ON TOP OF your left thigh. (while left foot is still on right thigh, of course)
