To clear things up, you can just answer yes or no on questions 1 and 5, but if people want to they can also see these questions as a multiplechoise, but think of the risk you take if you say yes or no on question 1 you have 50% change in guessing right, if you say dike or mill you have only 10% since there is 50% change that yes is right, but maybe I can see a mill, a redlightdistrict and a dike... So I don't mind what you answer and I don't mind if you will edit (Vaitord re-edit) your answers.
