Hmm seems I was wrong.. Actually I'm 174/58.

Seems like not growing in height, only dropping some weight.. ;o Don't know if it's good at this height/weight/age. Maybe should eat more even though I feel like I always eat enough at lunch and dinner and sach.

After breakup diet I hit bottom of 65.5kg. Now going strong for 68 again. There's some more muscles now, so less fat probably, and it shows. Six pack almost showing.

I can weigh 90kg and still have normal BMI, also 67kg but not more and not less. I'm trying to gain weight by practicing a little bit at home, muscles only.

BMI is very poorly defined, it is mass/height^2 and therefore doesn't give constant values for people with constant shapes (mass/height^3 would do that). I bet Haruhi was much shorter than his today's 189cm when his BMI was 13.

Yeah i was a lot shorter, some 186cm or so. quite a lot shorter. Was about 45-50Kg at that time.

Basically someone who is tall and very skinny has an unreliably low BMI.

Checked my height, was actually 181 cm. In weight I went up to 106 kg, got fed up with how I looked and after changes to my nutrition and exercise I weigh about 95 kg now. Feels good man.
