After some months with going to gym and done some shake drinking (since late June) I now weigh ~76kg. Probably weighed 72-73kg when started, not 74kg (actually was 72kg on one scale and 74kg on another but the last shows wrong). Motivation has been up and down so some weeks no gym at all.

For bodybuilders like you BMI is highly inaccurate. Being 100% healthy and being diagnosed having obesity when you only have muscles on your body is kind of ironic =)
You probably know this though.

Bodybuilding is an unhealthy thing, rather eat one MC meal a day and loose all muscles left, to gain the ideal weight and feel like your the master of healtiness.

I Can't do bodybuilding because it ruins my keyboard. Last portable I had, my fingerprints melted down in gas and left button. So I don't wanna press them trough the comp.

Checked weight at a friends place before Christmas (I don't have a scale), was 70kg. So I've gained like 15kg in 2 years after staying pretty much the same weight for ages. Doesn't really show anywhere though.

176cm / 70kg now

I went from 69 to 60 kilos in 3 weeks when I fractured my calcaneus a year ago. Most people gain weight when they sit or lay down all day long, I lose it somehow. After two months I could walk again, with clutches, and then I got back to the same weight as before.

Gained 3 kg's during 2 years overall. I have to carry lots of heavy instruments and boxes around for my job, so there should be some muscle weight gainage there too.

Checked my height, was actually 181 cm. In weight I went up to 106 kg, got fed up with how I looked and after changes to my nutrition and exercise I weigh about 95 kg now. Feels good man.
Well damn, went up to 106 kg again by last years end and I'm again down to 95 kg. Ain't that some peculiar stuff, although now I have more muscle and waist circumference about 101 cm. BMI overweight homo, borderline obese.

I guess some things changed over the last 6 years. Nowadays I take my shoes/socks off whenever I can (every time I'm in a park in the summer) and I only walk barefoot at home (unless it's cold, which doesn't happen often in teh current flat). I really love the feeling of being barefoot, but I can't get used to walking barefoot in public places - feels too filthy :< And don't really enjoy scraping off dirt in the shower, that's sometimes a pain after running around in a park for a couple of hours.
