hello and welcome to another wcup!
now its not food or drink.... its animals!

rules :
24 competitors in first round.
12 in 2nd round.
you vote for 2 competitors you want back in the cup.
quarter-finals (8 comp.)
semi-finals (4 comp.)
the great finalle! (2 comp.)

Kenguru v Kuala (or maybe quala?)

Dolphin v Ornamental fish

Eagle v Spider

hehe, nice one, but there are so many animals I probably wouldnt have been able to narrow it down to 24/36...

Dog - Rhinos are cool, but James' dog is so much cooler

No idea what a Kenguru is, so Koala wins
Cat - ez
Dame, hard one. Dolphins rule, but I have Fish and theyre so great
Shark - Elephants are too big
Eagle - Dont really like either, but Spiders suck
Fox - So cute
Cow v Bull - Uh oh! Like saying male v female...umm...cow makes cheese
Cheetah - Never heard of a Lutra, but Id probably have chose Cheetah anyway
Deer - Meh
Turtle - Theyre strange...
Monkey - But only those little m0nkeiis, theyre so funny...

meanwhile its seems like the dolphins, the eagles and the turtles are taking a big lead... tightest battles : dog v rhino, cat v hyppo and fox v bat... but there are still 2 days until deadline.

A: nudibranches (a lot!)
B: some really cool insects (really a lot!)
C: see cows (ducong, mermaids, manatees, etc.)
D: rays
E: wales (not my favourite, but lot of people like them...)
F: octopuses
G: cuttle fishes (one of my favourite animals)
H: cameleons (not my favourite, but some people also like them...)
of course i also like mamals and birds, but there are just to much animals...

the fact that they have balls or tits is nothing to do with it really, a bull as i said before could be a number of different animals, that single question could be simply summed up by, females of a species, vs males of a species which imo should be in a different category, specially if i actually want to choose, male cats instead of female cats, where is my option for that,??

Cat v Hyppopothamus - CAT, no contest whatsoever!!!!
Dolphin v Ornamental fish - Dolphin
Shark v Elephant - Bit hard, this... I'll say Shark, since it contains so many different varieties..from teh peaceful whale shark to teh frightening white shark
Eagle v Spider - Heah, Spider. But there are many nice eagles too..
Bat v Fox - hmm, Fox
Cow v Bull - Eh? Emm....hmm.ehh... cow?
Lutra v Cheetah - That Lutra looked cool
Deer v Antelope - Deer. Gotta support us teh deer country

Dolphin v Cheetah 5:5
Cow v Shark 6:4

Juski - your votes weren't counted, and you could change the whole situation. but, as chux's rules says - the unofficial votes have to take place now. so, Cheetah is up to the next round. and Koala v Turtle... in this case we'll consider the results from the last round. the turtle won 14:1 while the koala has 10:5. the Turtle is up to next round.
but listen to the surprise about next round....
in round 3, as you know, you'll choose 2 animals you want back in the contest. well, its only partly correct.
you could choose between Dolphin, Turtle (the 2 closest animals to next round, lost by one vote), and 10 new animals!

everyone had to choose 4 animals, by favorites (1st is your favorite, 2nd is the 2nd favorite, etc.)
