It's impossible to do it in an IRC channel because everyone would type different things at the same time.

Create new channel: #Elmassos and set a rule you are not allowed to talk anything else except just keep on the asso game.

it's still not possible on irc, if everyone isnt connected all the time they would miss out, and the words arent saved online. you should rather suggest to start an own forum for it instead. but such an irc channel would still be interesting.

Yes, it is VERY hard to do in IRC, the logging and stuff... if not a rule with some chain with order of people saying like A -> B -> C -> A -> B -> C

Forum topic was interesting to see how different people think and have different associatons of things... Dunno why some think it is made for spamming and post count raising... There could be a rule something like one person can post only one associaton a day... Personal questions can be used for "post count raising" the same way...

Get a bot to a channel and when you type "/msg assobot last100" it would msg the last 100 associations to you privatelly. On channel there is +m mode and the bot gives a voice for one person for 10secs and then unvoice him and voice next person. Operators can kick idlers if needed.

I kind of asked people stop spamming in personal questions topic.

And abula saves the day. Perfect solution, although I wouldn't mind to have that in IRC, sach adrenaline, when you do like unlogical association, you get kicked!
