Change a letter GAME!

Simple. I say a word, and the next person changes a letter to make a new word, etc.
Let's see how much words we can come up with without using an already played word.

Rules are:
- Add/remove letter,
- Change letter,
- Create anagram.

so for instance i could turn lamer in to camel, by changing R into C and rearranging the rest?

Well if it was for this rule.. then i'd say it should not be allowed to ADD letters.. only rearrange them
