Switzerland's song for ESC 2008 is a plagiarism!

Here is Switzerlands song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1IihTZs9tQ

Here is Amy Diamond - It Can Only Get Better: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83PljzQpDLE

Paolo's song is CLEARLY a ripof of Amy's, it's even on the virge of being a complete cover!

No actions has been taken yet, but I don't see what ESC can do except dsqualifying it.

I'm looking forward to hear the Swiss runner-up in Eurovision instead :)
<Fihlvein> another case of zworqy-is-always-right closed i guess
<yoosef> zworqy doesnt suck at anything

always the same accusations in every esc. someone always claims some song to be stolen from somewhere and nothing ever happens. those songs arent even that similar, its just good publicity to the switzerlands song.

pointless and moronic topic by a completely brainless person, lock ->
Now hold on, Iron Joe...

Not at all. There has been made a million songs in the world, it would be strange if there weren't a few that sounded a little like each other..

The whole array of eurovision song festival songs is plagiarism of a big mothership song, it all sounds at least 98% the same.

Sweden's contribution Not the Worrying Kind by the Ark in 2007 was a total ripoff from Edison Lighthouse's Love is Where my Rosemary Goes too, but nothing major happened...
4th position in WC4 (DAMN YOU KARLIS!!!!) PWNED KARLIS IN WC5!!!!TT:39:2x:xx (you've got some playing to do Stini ;) ) When it's all over the question is not who was right. The question is who's left.
