Bismuth : I wanted Woody to end up with Jessie AS HELL.
And God, please bring me a girl like Jessie, she's soooo awesome :D omg :D fell in love with an animated character :D

also, Toy Story 2 is probably the only sequel ever being better than its predecessor :)

The Green Hornet - 6/10
Actually not that bad. It had a few good-looking action sequences in 3D and a couple of nice laughs but I felt like it started to lose momentum about halfway through. I was surprised to see Michel Gondry was the director. Nice popcorn movie.

Love and other drugs - 7/10
Close to an 8. It was all about chemistry between the leads and connecting with the characters for me. I could relate to it astonishingly often.

Gilda (1946) - 4/10 Least likable male character I've seen in a very long time. Plus, Glenn Ford's acting was really bad. Rita Hayworth was fantastic though!
All About Eve (1950) - 7/10 Great characters but the story in itself was not so interesting.
Enter the Dragon (1973) - 6/10 - First time I've seen Bruce Lee in action! I felt the movie had a distinctive feel to it. The story was "meh" but the action sequences were max cool.

Dances with Wolves (1990) - 8/10
Lasted for almost 4 hours and I feel like it could easily last for another few. Not stunning, but a masterpiece. That's why 8! :) Truly brilliant story :)

Black Swan (2010) - 7/10
Portman was absolutely amazing indeed, but I won't judge a film because of one actor. I loved the first part. But in the second parts there were some sick enough moments to make it fair to say that it wasn't a real pleasure watching this for me.

Death Sentence - 7/10
Actually better than I expected. Nice popcorn thriller. A few times I noticed some sick camera movements (don't usually pay attention to such) which made me impressed.

Agree except raise you a 7. Action sequences were cool, if a little gimmicky. Kato was awesome, Seth did a stellar job portraying the character that was written for him. Cameron Diaz was in it for the star factor, should have been less well known and prettier.

Shawshank Redemption - 10/10
One of the best movies I have ever seen.

Inception - 10/10
Loved this one too. Very thrilling.

Saw II - 8/10
Few sequels are better than the original movie. But this was.

Inception isn't very good movie TBH. The selling points of it are the idea of REM sleep manipulation, and it's questioning of reality, but plot is very weak. I knew that Cobb probably is already in dream and once they went into Fisher Jr dream I knew more or less how is it going to end- He will visit 'old' mr Saito etc..

i just watched some new film festival movie called Enter the Void, it was like "requiem for a dream" meets "2001: a space odyssey"

note: this movie is very graphic/gritty and some stuff if your sensetive cant be unwatched

I would rate the movie 8/10, it is unlike anything i have seen as far as filmmaking, some really cool concepts, techniques and execution, it just turned out to be a little long and dragged on near the end, but that doesnt mean it wasn't interesting. The story was great.

Watched 127 hours and also thought it really was powerful. Mainly because of some specific scenes and the lovable soundtrack, not so much the story or message. I don't like the actor much. Movie reminded me of Into the Wild so I decided I'll rewatch it tomorrow. Yaaay!

Dunno about ratings.
then again i don't know anything

Ong Bak 3 - 2/10 fucking lame

@ Juish: Enter the Void is very much unlike any film I have ever seen, either. I liked it a lot, but it was also strenous to watch. The film felt like they should hand out a drug at the entrance that keeps you constantly high on the same level throughout the film. Best openeing credits ever. I can agree with your 8/10. Make sure to check out ALL the films by the Director Gaspar Noe!

It's a few minutes work but it's ez:

1. Sort by rating
2. Copy your whole votelist into an Excel sheet
3. See how many rows are 10's (ez look at row number on last 10). Write amount in another sheet/cell
4. Delete all rows with 10's and repeat with 9's
etc.

If you know your way around basic Excel it's easy to make a graph later

it looks like I can't rate a movie low but it actually is because I didn't rate many movies that I've seen and disliked, but especially because I usually watch a movie knowing that I will like it.

There are also my favourite video games in this, which boosts the 9 and 10 columns.

I add a few:

Slap Shot (1977): 7/10
RRRrrrr!!! (2004): 4/10
Tangled (2010): 8/10

Seriously, as much as I like looking at pointless white, blue and gray graphics, I'd prefer you guys giving your vote history to John so he updates the first post of the thread. Way more meaningful to see which films have which ratings than seeing the distribution of your votes.

It might just be me but they are pretty much all the same to me, only with some slight variations from one to another.

PS: And no offense to Kopa's script, it looks neat.
