I have been thinking about getting a new setup aswell. Don't you need more than 650W these days though? I bought 550W and that was 3 years ago. Well it's not the Watt which counts only.

650W works fine for this computer anyway, though I'm not too sure about PSUs otherwise.

Price was slightly below 10k, but about half of it was bought through Komplett during their recent sale, so some things were significatly reduced in price.

chassis, graphics card, cpu cooler and psu were bought through Komplett
cpu, ram, motherboard and hdd through inet
ssd through dustin

Sea salt and balsamic vinegar crisps. (not my pic)

Never had them before. They are not normally available in my country, so when i saw them in shop, i bought them. The taste is somehow funny, but quite good, if you know what you should expect.

Well they are beginning to make components more energy friendly these days, so watt usage is pretty much staling. For example I upgraded my HD4850 to a HD7850 gpu recently and they had same estimated watt usage on some site that showed that. 650 should be fine for a normal setup.

Opeth ticket!!! Fucking amazing gig, greatly spent 20 pounds, they just kicked ass <3 The setlist was probably as good as it could get for me, and the sound was great as well, even in the first row!!! Mikael's voice wasn't in perfect shape, but definitely good enough <333
Anyone having a chance of going to a gig, especially the swedes - do it, if you like Opeth even a bit, they still rock!!!

Sounded like it, yeah :) When singing clearly he had only one or two major flaws, but the growls were decent. Couldn't hear them as good as on the studio recordings, but yeah, he rocked :D

thx Orcc, saved it, though I'm a bit scared how it'll sound. Opeth are the only growling band I enjoy nowadays :p

Fantastic tribute band! Very small concert (at most 500 people), but the atmosphere was massive :) Fantastic band, fantastic female voice (she even managed to pull of The Great Gig in the Sky, in quite a style too!), great visuals, great setlist... Well spent 10 pounds :))))))

i love buying food, it is reasonable imo to write here some cool food & beverages ppl bought.

on topic^2: today i bought

(strawberry Image kiwi flavor). I kinda hated this combination when i 1st heard it, but it is actually very very tasty. I usualy do not like strawbery flavors (coz they are like always frickin artificial and bad tasting), but this one's great. It just works and i dunno why :)

edit: btw nice beverage cup this. Ez again? i orka organize, tho :)

Also I broke it halfway through the first period when I played with it for the first time, but luckily I'm getting new one from teh warrant. Would be a bit expensive to buy six 100 € sticks per match

I bought presents for this holiday we have in Holland called Sinterklaas, on which Santa Claus was loosely based. Not very expensive ones, though, the main part is writing a long poem for the receiver.

Yeah, cool huh? We are superior in that respect. Though I believe that most people write shorter poems or none at all, so the superiority can only be assigned to a small number of people, people like me.

I bought bus/train ticket today, but only electronically.

Bought these today:

A Trick of the Tail - Genesis
Image

and

In the Court of the Crimson King - King Crimson
Image

The former is not by far my favorite Genesis album (which would be either The Lamb or Foxtrot), but analysing it is a central part of my exam paper (on Genesis). The latter is one of the best albums of all time, I just had to have it now that I have (now spent) money.

Yes I am a 70's prog person (at the ripe ol' age of 18...), any other progheads in here?
