Indiana Jones jacket made by man who actually made a jacket for Harrison Ford in Raiders of the Lost Ark. It's amazing.

Wow, I didn't know computer parts with a lifetime warranty exist. So how does it work? You still need to pay something to get a new one I assume? No way replacements are free.

I contact company where i bought they send package so i can skicka return to them without cost.
They test it (takes like 2-4 weeks) if it is faulty i get a replacement in mail. If not i have to pay like 50e to get it back.
Have to pay nothing except waiting time for new.

If you do the same as a company they just send replacement instantly without having to send them faulty or anything. As long as price is under some arbitrary limit. Highest i heard was like 400e replacement without asking any questions.

When I bought my ASUS motherboard I thought it was a DOA (dead on arrival) but in fact it was my PSU. I got a new package from Dustin without needing to send back the "faulty" one.
That is what I call good service! I am an old customer to Dustin however, I have bought many things from them.

I got to sell the other motherboard and earn some money

HP EliteBook 8460p
Win7 64-bit
150GB SSD
4GB RAM
intel core i5-2520M
etc. etc.

For 270 euros. It's not new, but barely used. A friend sells refurbished notebooks, for an amazing price.
And I really needed a new workstation, since my old VAIO is getting tired of this shit I am doing on it. And it became extremly loud lately. So I opted for good processing power, price and silence. And that SSD is insane.

Kindle Paperwhite III. Amazon had great offer (-40€ discount) for Paperwhites. Since I have wanted to buy it for 2 months or so, I 've ordered it immedietely when I heard about the offer. It's worth each cent I spent on it.

Also, I got twenty Carolina Reaper seeds, and everything I needed to plant them. I've been having them for about a month now, this is how they look now (I have 8 of them fully sprouted). They usually germinate after 3 weeks, I managed to speed that up to 10 days by giving them optimal environment in an incubator. After the freeze is gone, I'll move them outside.

Living on the countryside has its benefits, for now riding in the forest on gravel roads and smaller trails. But as soon as I get all my ordered protective clothing I will be riding on a designed motocourse. Also need to get a pulley for my car and something to load my mopo on first =)

After several years I bought a new phone.

I used to have Samsung S6 edge (bought in 2016 IIRC) and I was pretty happy with it, so I thought I'll buy a Samsung again. Samsung A50 seemed like a good midrange phone with enough power for a decent price, but I wasn't 100% sure about buying it. So after hesitating a bit, I tried to dip a toe into different brands and I found out, that Xiaomi makes great phones with all the functions I wanted.

This list of phones was super promising, this review for Mi 9T (which was high on the list) seemed great, but this comparison of Samsung A50 vs Mi 9T really sealed the deal for me. E.g. night photos from Samsung A50 look rly washed out compared to Mi 9T. Samsung also has slower processor, slower internal storage and higher power consumption. And they are literally the same price atm (275 EUR).

The only thing I disliked about Mi 9T was that Xiaomi is a chinese brand, while Samsung is South Korean. But after all the nice reviews I bought it and it really is an amazing phone :) .

Synology DS418 Play - NAS + 4x12TB HGST Drives

Running it Raid5 so I get 36TB of usable space. As I do more and more editing work and most productions are being shot in 4K I need a lot of HDD capacity. I still need to buy extra drives to backup data and store it somewhere else physically. Hope this thing lasts for a while.
