Me and a friend won an olympic games tournament, though the games were not olympic, it was all strenght events. For example: push ups, chip ups, obstacle course etc. In all there was 11 events and approximately 20 teams of four (two guys and two girls). Me and my three teammates won the whole thing :). It was my proudest moment in my life since all other participants were chosen with great examination.

okay, this sucks ass. 16.09 km (10 english miles) in 1:35.04 last year, with 3 weeks of training. This year I trained 2 weeks. Today I will die.

Not a very huge success, but still a victory of the will. 35,000 people doing the same, and you inbetween = very much annoying and fun at the same time. :P

\o/ nonelma success today

1:28,21 really not bad in my opinion.

okay, I could do better, with some training. I had some minutes of walking too. But still, I managed to beat my first time by almost 7 minutes. Next year I should be able to do under 1:20,00 =) I will train more, at least try to get used to this longer distance. For now it's actually 4 km's too long. I can't keep my pace of good speed up, like 13 km/h, for the whole run.

Was also fucking crowded this time. You have a chip in your shoe, so that the time is accurately measured. So you can wait till all the other nabs have passed the starting line. But eventhough I waited a while, the crowd still managed to execute a massive standstill right at the moment I passed the starting line. Lost a good minute there, waiting for the traffic jam to clear up.. :(

It's longer than what double olympic champion Andreas Thorkildsen threw when he was 13.
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

ugh today was so boring nearly just walked out, i have the STUPIDEST year level, i sit in french looking out the window while people struggle to pronounce words like 'soleil' and 'lotion.' honestly, you've never seen anything like it... they shouldn't be at high-school yet, the funniest thing is when they get yelled at for talking amongst themselves, and halfway through the teachers rant about them, they turn and start talking to their frien, then wonder why they get a detention.

in short, it'll be a miracle if i make the month milestone.
