maybe it means the amount of alcohol in other stuff counted together. like 4 liters of 3%beer -> 0.12 liters of 100% alcohol.

SveinR: I have touched the bottle of 99.9% alcohol in hospital. It's possible but when you open the bottle it will change to 96%.

Yeah whatever.. I don't care as long we can know that the person posting the questions will post the answers withing 2 days after the q's. Like Abula now, I think he should have posted yesterday...
