skyr

Post by ofta » 5 Jul 2016, 12:46

i bought some skyr for the first time after some eol chat hype and i have to say that i'm in love. this topic can be used to recommend your favourite flavours and maybe even some recipes. i'm sure there might exist some creative ways to improve your skyr experience with fruit (slices of oranges maybe?) or something else.

Just bought one and it's similar in taste to sour cream. Not bad, but nothing special.

I'm a fan of dairy products and very interested in skyr, but impsy to find nearby :(
I wonder if kefir is a common product also in nordic countries? Because it's very popular here, i think top3 = sour cream-kefir-yoghurt.

You can get kefir in most supermarkets here I think, but I don't like it much. Skyr also seems like generic yoghurt imo.
My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them.
