Need HELP in real life!

Post by TarGEnoR »

Hi all! (Im TarGEnoR)

I am asking for your help.
My situation in a nutshell is as follows. My baby boy was born 1.5
months ago. We rent a tiny place with my partner. I'd like to buy an
apartment, I work hard seven days a week, but I still cannot save enough
money to get a loan from the bank. The amount missing is 4.000.000 HUF
(~12.000 EUR). I know it's a lot of money. I feel ashamed to ask, but if
anyone can help, please help with any amount. If you have any questions,
I'm ready to answer. If you want to help, write me an email: ronegrat@gmail.com

What are your plans on gathering so big amount other than working and asking here? Elma mans could only gather a fraction of that amount, so it would be nice to know that you can actually reach the goal.

If you would require money for like saving the baby from a terminal illness it would be another thing, but I don't really see why you couldn't rent a bigger apartment for now. Working seven days a week should cover rental costs. Buying an own apartment is something young people cannot always easily rush into and it's more like a way of investing your money for future profit/gathering capital (compared to paying rent).

Didn't know how to write this without sounding like an ass, thanks Orcc.

Our family members can not help it, it will take years to collect this money
with a daily livelihood. This option is the only one to save.
The rental amount of the apartment is more than one bank loan repayment, so rather
I pay my own home monthly as a rental fee. Only the starting big money I can not pick it up. In Hungary, the rent is almost as many as a monthly average monthly salary, not just in Western Europe

Sure, it'd be perfect to just be able to afford a house straight away. I don't have kids yet, but I'm also renting a flat with my fiancee, and we'll certainly be renting for the next several years, because there's no way we'd be able to afford buying one. We wouldn't even consider asking people to help us with raising money for it, because it would be far from feasible, and I wouldn't want to become so indebted too.
