Low details most of the time. I love good discreet image placement and grass, but there's often way too much going on visually in battle levels so I'll just plaw with low details. Especially anything else than sky as background is a big no-no for me, so I'll just always use the default ground/sky setting, even though it can get a bit boring to look at the same blue ground all the time.

I still sometimes use high details when playing internals though, because I've always used some images as clues for timing; like volt when you reach the barrel at the start of Jaws etc.

Sadly had to select low details since it's "usually", and that's what I use for hoyla. But I usually turn on full high details for events and packs where I know visuals are important :)

Seems I'm one of the few people who likes high details and pics in background. Dunno, I just find norm ground/sky with low details so boring and depressing. Especially with the flat monocolour lgr's that some people use. Could be because I'm not pro and don't really have any aspirations to be one, so I don't mind the pretty colours. And I appreciate beautiful visuals. Additionally, I frequently use the pictures for reference on where to do moves. They gotta be in the background, though, can't have them obscuring the bike.

I kinda wish there was some bound key I could use to set default sky on/off on the fly, cause sometimes unsky sky can be quite hard on the eyes sometimes. In fact, for okesl it would be sik if there was ways to ez change these various options while driving =D

I also have high details on. Always. Only maybe 1 or 2 times I have had to turn low details if the pictures have been too disturbing.
But I have default sky setting and pictures in background.

Default LGR fixed sky for high res, high quality, bike in front, non-animated objects

Solid black ground and smooth sky looks moar beautiful to me. It's also how I designed levs, putting visuals into polygons instead of using teh clipart. Then look at someone else's setup and "oh, my entire lev is covered in blue puzzle pieces and a grid of dogs in the sky".

There are many LGR's with better textures and better pictures, but monotone polys just make me sad.
