well why is it that all fucking book have readable letters and not pink backgrounds.. ehm? Come on, those links at skintatious are just plain good, design is awesome. If it were bad and moposite were good, I would've linked to moposite.
I'm not sure if you got my point. I (and many others) love the skintatious design, so why would you want to make a bad copy of it? Like i said in my previous post, if you're gonna copy something then do it good, make something original out of it. Don't just change colors and pics in the links. I know you guys can do better than this, use your imagination.

Also: I voted for nIN 2.

Yeah well ofcourse, but which fuck has the time and dedication to make something original out of it? rather a good copy than a bad original design, I guess. Anyway, I think we both agree that the design should be clean, and like skintatious, not neccesarily a copy-paste of the whole shite.

I think niN's minimalistic one (niN2) is really nice except the site got a bit too clean and white.

up - down - up - down - up - up... combine those with niN2 and u have my vote

I actually agree! I don't think it's very suitable for the Elma Online site. I actually kinda like Kopakas more than the one I originally voted for :P

noah really I think your depressing colours are not suitable either, way too dark. Furthermore besides the buttons the style's just kopa's design so what are we talking about anyway.

hey nin could you try the colour theme of nin1 with the design of nin2, I think that would rock actually. Jappe's site is the one with dark colours.

fucking nice :P but I don't think this suits for an elma website :P is that some template or tutorial you found or did you make that yourself?

lol when i open the http://up.k10x.net/gszzxraikcuxk/spaceish.png in firefox the picture gets some "electric animation" around the pic.. but with some photo viewer it doesn''''''t.

anyways.. me likes very much

i agree with the general consensus here, awesome themes, either whiteish or spacish are best, however i think that for the elma online site they DO suit it.

i think nin2 would be sweet if it had a lil mini kuski drive across the menu using it as a level, dropping down doing the gap to a hang to get an apple maybe brutal over the boxes. starting above online and touching a flower above home? could it be made in flash, or gif animation? i know web design possibilities are endless now a days.

the reason is that the design is awesome but doesn't show anything to do with elma in it. putting the lil driving kuski would instantly make every visitor know that its an elma site. so check it out again and imagine the little guy driving around the menu.

maybe keep it max simple but i made this mock-up .... excuse my shitty photoshop skills!

http://up.k10x.net/dvunyydezepcd/bynin2_copy2.jpg

in reality it would look better if the head and apple were both dark gold 3-d looking lil emblems with frosty background thingy. but i dont know how to do that in photoshop.. the dark gold would match the frosty text color you know what i mean.
