haha i wanna do this cooper thing
i run 3000m in sub 10min, so i guess i'd get about 3500-3600m which beats all yo' asses

and throwing a golf ball, i dunno how far i can do it, but for this guy's school science project i was watching, these guys lined up and threw golf balls across the oval into the wind and most sailed about 100m and one hit a brick wall just missed a window- so lol

Those records are 5 years old now (I'm 15 now)... Perhaps I'm going to do it soon.

60m sprint: 9sec
high jumping: 1,4m (my own length in those days)

Record of last year:
the Dutch shuttle-run test: level 13

I used to compete in track and field when I was 7-15 years old. I stopped when I grew too old for junior-series. I don't remember my records exactly, but here's something. I think they're from when I was 15.

100m: 13,2s
1500m: ~6 mins
long jump: ~5m (3,05m at the age of 7)
triple jump: ~11m
high jump: 1,60m (1,10m at the age of 7)
pole vault: 2m :D
javelin throw: maybe 35-40m
shot put: not very much, maybe 8m

I like swimming too, I have tried it against time a few years ago in school, ~33m distance in bit over 20secs. Mostly I like jumping from heights and diving :)

3000m in 10 min. that's allmost impossible.
i am 17 and i like run for a good condition for a long long while.
i don't believe you can run that distance in 10 min.

but i'll quit about that. me, i swim alot.
i swim a few times a week and i swim about an hour or more.
i swim outside. it takes about all my energy for a day long 8O
i started it a few weeks ago, first time i only could do a small distance.. like 300 meter or something. now i think i'm doing like 2-3 thousand meters. but i'm not sure of that at all cause i don't know how mutch distance i do.
and why don't you guys tell your age?
