Yea, this is old, i've seen Marci doing this.
(i think there's no sense talking about who invented it or not, since there isn't a pipe-turning-patent )

A patent would limit the usage of the trick because only the inventor has the right to do it, and that is not what we are talking about. It is important for historical purposes to know who did a trick first and i want to pay respect to the actual inventor of the trick, not some fooney copy cat(no offense welle).

Well, whatever they say, that's pretty useful. I managed to do it once, in a straight pipe. That would be a good idea for the next level.

doh nothing special in there. jt called these tricks jpmoves tho many ppl before jp used these in shortcutable pipes. it happens quite often in battles to me

ye i first saw jp use this a year or two ago in a battle, everyone who participated in the battle seemed to think he was the first to use it - of course this isnt necessarily true. its a pretty limited trick, requires the pipe to be quite wide ;| but still neat, grats for finding teh

i did this too without knowing about anyone doing it before... but i'd definetly not say that i invented it.

but one thing is for sure.. the trick is like very old.

yeah, me did it on those ss pipes from onlainari 1-2 years ago, saved about 50 secs off the normal route
