Thanks! and ye agree, I didn't play the level before I uploaded so.. I'll do better on the next :)

EDIT: Just forgot to say that the first deadline is 16th of november.

Also I will try and fix so that the final top three (the ones who wins, finish second and third) will get a prize. Not after each event only when the cup is finished. This is however not sure atm. I need more info about shipping etc first.

Just wanted to remind everyone that deadline is tomorrow @ 00:00 am GMT+1. Please send in because the more the merrier :). Already got a couple and for you who've sent, thanks. For you who haven't please do before deadline =).

Update will be @ the 17:th (Friday) around midday. New level will come then too.

Also, about the prize, it will most likely be a cuddly thingie shaped as an apple with the initials: MR. Something like that.

How many thinks that everyone who sent in should get points, last place one point and then continue upwards? If you think so I'll change a bit in the statistics.

Agree.
It's indeed kinda frustrating not to get any points just because people like jaytea, sierra, honza and leeland are competing and they're way better than me :?

I still hoyl the lev and drive it as best as I can, so some symbolic points will do ^^

(still sad, tho, for not having nuf time to hoyl the 1st level... was so close to make that bounce :x )

[jaytea [+0.2] for not writing time, team or nation in his mail.]
lol ok, so you're going to have me lose a place over a silly technicality? i dont recall including those details in my first email which was accepted, so i didnt think to include them in the last one

also, if you bothered to verify the lev/rec then you'd quite easily see my time.. you know my team, and do you honestly need my nation? i think its cute that youre trying to make this as 'professional' as possible, but lets get real here

Okay jaytea first time I accepted the fact that you didn't include your team, time, nation etc. But when you did it again, and there was 11 people sending their times, it was a real waste of time for me moving your level into my elma folder, starting elma and then check your time.
And also it says quite clearly in the rules that you must include your time etc in your mail.

I can agree that you think it's silly of me to 'punish' you but if I wouldn't do it then eventually people wouldn't care about writing their times in the mails, and I would spend many extra minutes moving their levels into my Lev folder.

Why can't you just write "Time: 35:27"? Everyone else does it so I don't see why you shouldn't do it.

niN wrote:it was a real waste of time for me moving your level into my elma folder, starting elma and then check your time
uh, what did you do for the other people, just take their words for it? you didn't also check their levels?

we send you our levels so you can verify that we drove the times instead of taking someone else's replay, why else would you ask for the level file? you should also check elmatim0r and match it up to the time in the level file for each contestant

nvm though, i thought you were actually doing all this and being official about it.. but it seems like a joke now

btw: this wasnt an excuse for me to leave out the time in my email, i actually just didnt read the 'rule' and wasnt purposefully avoiding it.. i'm commenting on the fact that if you were running this properly you'd be verifying the times properly (by checking each level file against each replay, there might even be programs out there to make this quicker) in which case telling you the time in our email would be redundant (as it should be, what if someone lies to get 0.0x off their time?)

Well, I can't say you're wrong. I did check the replay of each player, and then I looked at their time in the mail. I never thought about checking if someone had used someone else's replay.
Anyway, hope this little incident won't stop you from playing? I will check both level and replay in the future.

EDIT: Ok, I checked every level now and they were all correct. Sorry fr this mistake.

Latest Results: Grand Prix page (english or swedish)
Event 3: Stats

Grand Prix Info:

The contest page will be updated today, not that much will be added though, only kinglist etc will be deleted from the site. I feel that it isn't that important.

The records page is updated, check the Trial tracks out, unfortunately the english version isn't working atm, but you can still play the levels
