I didn't need to catch all apples to finish a level

It has happened a few times before, but now I've got clear proof of this.
This zip has both the replay and the level (the level is from some random level pack):

Of course, it can be speculated whether I got the apple at the end or not, but I think that the head is too far away to touch it. I'm running the game on Elma12.exe. I think I got it with the 1.2 patch.

What do you think about this? Is this a new find, or totally OLD and BORING stuff? Fake? I'm insane?

i didn't watch your rec but it's a bug. when you touch one apple with two wheels or with one wheel and the head at the same time, the game thinks you've got two apples, so you can skip one

One further question: If someone makes a record time by using this bug, is it accepted as a valid time to the hall of fame? I figure it would ruin the point, so I assume not.
