none of the new styles had not been thought before ( not sure about hill legend ), like ramp and hi flyer dreamt for years, luther tried exact same in apple h, steppes been done before, warm up style old also.

but hey thats only routes, the thing is to master the trick, one little difference, 0,5 sec keypress that cuts seconds

Not possible anymore because the 2nd phase is already going.
Though the idea was to give only suggestion to us (jurors), and in the 1st phase you were allowed to give multiple suggestions, so no need to 'edit' the old ones. I guess if you have a suggestion which hasn't been already suggested, you can say it here 'unofficially', but we may not take it into account.
There is still 3rd phase coming and then you can maybe think your votes more thoroughly.

I know it's late, but how about adding LC306 to level of the year category? It's far better than the other levs I nominated, and I got an impression that quite a few people agree with me that this lev should be nominated... Too bad if a lev from the GAA period is overseen because it was released a few hours late...

The jury can select whatever candidates they want to that are eligible in the GAA period (though we of course take the community's suggestions into consideration). And the GAA period doesn't end before the Second step ends.

As far as I know, yes he was the main contributor. He wrote the whole route on paper, showed it to me and mrickx, (might be someone else too, I dont know) and we figured out how to improve it. It was all done, except the problematic flip part after beginning. This route on paper was later put into wr replay.

I gathered the best levs from this year according to my personal likings and communitys votes. I think this can help both us (jurors) and you (community) to vote in level and designer categories. Of course this list is biased because it has been made by me, but that's what i got when i searched through my lev folder which consisted of all the battle and cup levs i have played this year. I hope this is not coming late... :)

hmm, nice.
You should have advertised and suggested these before, when you made your suggestions. I mean all of you. We can't know all the battle levels you have made. The same goes for replays.

Community Award
This will be an award decided entirely by the community. You will vote for the people you think most deserve a special honour, be it for their helpfulness, kindness, contributions or simply for being a great player. The reason will be the individual voters' own decision. The idea is that the award will go to the kuski most appreciated by the community. There will be no set of candidates to vote over in this category, each voter decides himself.
The voting process for this award is therefore different, see below.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

You are only eligible to vote if you are one of the following kuskis (why?) (listed in alphabetical order):

8-ball, A.K.B., Antz, berhabdul, Cement_sw, Coc0k, Costyan_DRE, CuLiNo, DaFred, Dahle, danielj, David_IEP, ElrondMcBong, enil, error, ExTeC, FinMan, Igge, infected, insane guy, Jappe2, jaytea, John, Kale, KD, Kopaka, Labs, Lukazz, Markku, Mawane, milagros, nick-o-matic, NightMar_JNR, niN, nony, OtorK, Palme, petsen, Polarix, sierra, Smibu, SpecB, The_BoneLESS, umiz, undient, wiElOryB, WkE, Xhomaz, Xiphias, ZeCone, Zweq

Remember that you don't have to vote in each and every category, but in the categories you do vote in, you have to pick your top 5. Your vote won't count otherwise.
In all categories: Only base your votes on what has happened in the GAA period.
Site: Vote for the sites that have improved the most and increased its relevance the most over the GAA period.
WRs: See http://www.moposite.com/records_elma_wrs.php

When voting, send a PM to SveinR with your votes. The votes have to be given in ranked order, from 1st to 5th. Each 1st position will give 5 points, each 2nd position will give 4 points, etc. The jury will assemble these points when the voting process has ended. You can only vote and send a PM once. Do not make your votes public in this thread.

Voting for the Community Award: You will list up to 3 people, in ranked order from 1st to 3rd. Each 1st position will give 5 points, each 2nd position will give 3 points and each 3rd position will give 1 point. Send your votes in this category in the same PM as your other votes. You do not have to vote in this category. Update: I would encourage people to write a few words about the people you vote for (if you have something specific to mention), because when we present the winner of this category, we'll include your reasons behind voting for him in some sort of speech. Which will be based on what you've written.

Deadline of sending in your votes: January 2nd 2008, 23:59 EET
Note: The GAA07 period is from December 18th 2006 to December 16th 2007.

what's the logic in this:
WR
10. The Steppes 11,09 Zweq #266 -1st wr with new style, was improved to 10,81
54. Apple Harvest 1:15,25 John #265 -3rd wr with new style, is the current wr

im suggesting that it should be 10,81 steppes

also bit odd that the best style of the year(contributed by both me and john), apple h, isnt on the list. over 8 seconds have been cut so far and there is potential for 2-3 more( yes john played like one day for 1.15). we are talking about 10-11 seconds improvement on an internal level here, while people struggle to improve them more than 0,05. dont you think?

What did I do? I just shown off the truth for Lukazz. If every of us voted really objectively and took into consideration only the GAA period, as the rules say, nobody should really vote for Lukazz. Look at the fact, that his group I mean category is one of the most popular and attractive ones. Internalist. An internalist is usually a guy who is the living part of the constant TT drop. Avoid such mistakes when choosing someone you like but in fact he does not deserve any GAA third step points. So let's go back to his person... Lukazz, what were you WRs? Can you name some? Oh, okay, only one. What? 0? It's a joke?

Actually, it's not. Lukazz has never had any single WR and particularly not in the GAA period we are now talking about. Ok, so maybe he had some big development in Internals we might have missed? Let's see his funny post.
Lukazz wrote:
milagros wrote:no offense but how the fuck did you get in?

We can also piont out there a milagros' disgust with the fact which is facing the GAA observers. Treat it as a simple confirmation you're not worth a point here. Next what can we scan? Oh, you responded to milagros' post. You admitted that you do not know why you were chosen. It means that you agree with the fact that your appearance in the list is only a misfortunate incident.
Lukazz wrote:isn't it an achievement to have 38 TT after some 4 years of playing :P
Wow, man, who do you want to make fun of? You say that you got into 38 after 4 years of playing? You're not even funny, just plaintive. And you call yourself an internalist? Shame on you!

If I were to choose (i've already voted so just try to choose some easy five from the group so it's proved you're a zero there) I would do like that:

Boomer
Jarkko
John
Kowal
Lukazz
OtorK
proDigy
Raven
Xiphias
Zweq

Kowal - At the beginning of the GAA period his TT was about 48 and now he has even a better TT than you do. Easy pick.

OtorK - With his amazing WR in one of the hardest to hoyl levels and being an aggresive internalist he undoubtedly can be ranked higher than you.

Zweq -

Jarkko - I would have to be an idiot to write anything next to Zweq. Comparing you with him is a sin. Jarkko is a very talented hoyla, he hoyls very hard and he is probably relatively very near to the theoretical minimum times in the two levels he plays best - Uphill Battle and Twin Peaks.

John - Ye, the WNO player who's been owning the WR table and having achieved many unbelievable Wrs. Not even comparable I guess

Note: Watch your votes, don't vote for such asslickers not worth a cheap cigarette.

It's fine as to have critique on this and that, but watch your mouth in regards to implying we have our asses licked by lukazz. No need to get personal here.

berh, may i say you are the most egocentric human being i've ever known?

i know you think the world evolves around you but, that doesn't mean your every thoughts are right.

Saying that Jarkko is, without a doubt, a better internalist than lukazz is totally wrong in my opinion only by the fact that luki has an almost 10 minutes better tt than jarkko (comparing their signatures). I know he's got a few WRs but, that doesn't make him such a better driver than lukazz, if it ever. And for otork, yes he has a sick word record but, he has not improved in many levels this year (for all i remember) comparing to lukazz.

so please stop being such an ass and insulting other kuskis simply for the reason that your judgement is biased by your humongous ego.

... and yeah, no offence to anyone... jarkko, otork, luki and berh

Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?
