epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydelläänsäkäänköhän goes somehow like "possibly even without his/her unsystematicness" or however you are supposed to write it in english. The thing is, there is only one meaningful word, which is järjestelmällinen, which means systematic. once you add epä prefix, it goes negative, then play around with some of the 20 or so different suffixes you can find from finnish grammar.

It's just seen as the longest one, 'cause it stood in the Duden (our dictionary) some years ago (and it was actually Donaudampfschiffahrtskapitänsmützenrand (only two "f" in "schiffahrt"). They killed it already, 'cause it's composed, too.

two things:

1. It doesn't make much sense.
2. It was never used in any records and due to there existing a shorter word since then (shaman) it cannot be added onto as it is no longer in use and it would be considered adding affixes and suffixes for the sole purpose of creating a longer word, which shouldn't count.
