It's good. The background image blends nicely in and doesn't disturb browsing. Overall, it's a 7/10. (You could desaturate the table background color slightly, although it's ok to keep it the way it is too.)
One comment: You've used a very strange way to align those two images on the top. You should never use 's for aligning. Instead, make them parts of the table beneath. Then the table cells should be like a box split into four new boxes.

nah, it's ok
i'm using shared borders in microsoft forntpage so whenever i change something in either the top, left, or bottom navbar thingummys it changes them for all the pages. so the top shared border with the logos is like a seperate page so i can't ajoin the tables. but i will put a table in anyway, a diff one for the top shared border

also, with the Team Australia box, try to move it a tad left so there's no horizontal scroll bar....would look tad better i recon
