I kinda agree with Costya at his 1st and 3rd points

Actually, i've tried the trick with any of 60-120 fps and couldn't manage anything close to it, though many variations of volts/gas/braking were tested. Should be possible to turn it into a routine trick by fps tweaking anyway.

Everyone can make this animal farm start just using a lowered fps. You have to spend some time understanding when and what to press to make a jump high enough. That's why it isn't a bug.
But this bugcheattrick is all about buggy behaviour of few computers, and as far as i know, only 4 people have managed to do it, although ALP was one of the most popular packs and the trick is kinda obvious.
Find a reasonable way to do it on every compu, and it won't be a belong to "bugs" anymore.

The only thing with the Animal farm trick is that when I got my wr I did it like 50% of the time i made it but then I tried to play a month later and played for quite a while at it too and I couldn't do it whatsoever. I watched replays and I was pressing the keys at the right time.

dunno how good times you can get with these styles, but it really is top quality cruising. i get quite a nice feeling seeing internals driven in totally different way than what is normally used and if it also brings a sick wr the better.

edit: watched again upside down: with a good second brutal (if possible) there is the possibility of going directly to the gravity left apple, without looping... myeaaa, probably all saw it...

would a wheel bug this small make the run itself 'invalid' or so? I guess it would, since its affecting the bounce quite alot.

Well, can be easily replicated by releasing the brake button while bouncing. I'd consider you just being lucky doing this unintentional

If you made that 2:15:12 after the .13, it's clearly the smallest relative improvement ever, and also impossible to beat in the future, because you made it in the longest lev, which isn't as long anymore if new WR is made (and improvement's can't be less than 0,01).

Therefore I hope you'll wait and send first only the .13 to the next table, then .12 and then something more wicked you have.

sick run johnny! that is a near perfect run for the style. Thought the 2:15:xx run was a new style at first but wasn't to suprised to see it was just a great run. Reminds me of your New Wave run. Damn good one for such a long level.
