Venetian snares is pretty cool, specially his classical/drum and bass works. His hardcore works are pretty noisy yes:

Anything related to the noise / avant garde scene in japan is pretty weird like merzbow etc.

If you want some messed up psychedelic stuff check:

white noise (so goooood)
diamanda galas (weird)
ruins (a bit like magma)
les ralizes denudes
insert random japanese avant garde or noise hardcore producer here
insert random darkpsy trance russian producer here
etcetcetc...

yesh, also first thing that came to mind

though harsh noise is much sicker, so:
Masonna
Merzbow
Government Alpha

also there was a real scary noise record centered around a car crash:
Isolrubin BK - Crash Injury Trauma (find it on waffles or something)

some dude said: "This album has got to be one of the most sadistic directions in musical ambience. Its title allures to what you are about to set foot into. The seven tracks presented here consist of visionaries during and following a motor vehicle accident. The funeral beat traps its victims as well as the listeners into a void of crushed bones and blood. Such mind altering sounds as the jaws of life and realistic head on collisions ensue, capturing the minds attention. Brian Williams (Lustmord) and Andrew Lagowski become so sinister as to include a formula to calculate the mean force involved in an automobile crash. The warning boasts that this album may cause flashbacks to those who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. The first track "Resistance of the human head to crash impact" is a long piece consisting of an auto reaching top speeds, just before exhausting its inevitable end, the fatal impact. A very intriguing and accurately detailed realm of bone crushing music. Its a shame the Isolrubin BK project ended after one collaboration."
