It's quite a complicated route, I think. Here's a style you might wanna try. It's on a lot of places similar to yours, so it shouldn't be hard to make it.

Like Morgan says, switch vsync to OFF and then use fpslimiter in belma to limit fps to 60. Then you're all set :)

When I use fpslimiter I get some weird floating view, and it's much more laggy than vsync on with same fps.
