Also just installed Dead Space 2. Now F.E.A.R. and this in queueue :)
Finished SupCom just now o,o was meganice RTS)))) really mega)))
school ends tomoro, so ez finish F.E.A.R. and Dead Space 2 this week ;D
also some major tt list and pro recs updates this week))) SCHOOL ENDS -> INFINITE TIME -> PROFIT
yay
yea supreme cummander is teh only decent, or let's say playable RTS in the last, what, 10 years ive tried although it was only mostly a facelifted total annihilation
Earth 2160 was also very playable, but not as cool:) dunno total annihilation, but this was very impressive :) coolest things ever was teh megadynamic zoom, total zoomin: one unit occupies like half of the screen. one long roll with mouse - total zoomout - entire 80x80km map seen with symbols instead of images and all perfectly done)) meganice
just finished F.E.A.R. the entire game was a bit boring, and like 8/11 intervals had nothing scary in them (nothing related to Alma at least). Very few actual cases of visions and illusions (80% of those in the last two chapters, which were very short). The storyline however was very engaging and interesting, longing at times though. On technical side - the game is 6 years old already, but doesn't strike with it. The graphics is not very complex - there are very little objects, but the quality of the textures is high. Also lighting is done very smoothly, and as almost entire game occurs in dark buildings - it is easily noticeable. If Monolith were able to create such a game 6 years ago, I really can't wait for the second, or even third part ;)
Just finished the F.E.A.R. expansion pack, the Extraction Point! Shortly saying - it had all the pros of the original game, plus a lot more! First of all, the entire gameplay was so much more intense! Various visions and illusions created by Alma were happening all the time, some were very extensive and long. For example an entire hospital changing to an underground prison for like a few minutes, or an elevator's shaft opening below the player's feet. The surroundings were constantly changing, there were more enemies to be fought, more weapons to fire... Fantastic continuation of the story done really professionally! It is clear that the makers carefully looked at original F.E.A.R. and listened to fans' opinions, because they made it so much better in those fields it wasn't the strongest :) The only drawback - too short, but what can you expect from an expansion :)
F.E.A.R. was at times pretty boring, and scary rather seldom, while Extraction Point kept me alert almost all the time, and it gave me shivers multiple times :)
I'll play Perseus Mandate (another, standalone, extension pack), when I finally manage to download it in a NON-russian version, I sincerely hope it's going to be as amazing :)
Completed Star Wars: Battlefront once more too, it's the first FPS I have ever played, so was rather sentimental ^^
Just downloaded Little Big Planet through PSN Store (for free due to PSN hacking). Pretty casual game and an ok way to spend 2 hours every now and then.
Also doing the finishing touches to Red Dead Redemption in order to achieve 100% completion. However, I ragequitted after having a stand-off from a rooftop in Chuparosa, getting over 5000$ bounty on my head only to fall to my death when about to cross the street to pay off my bounty and get my PSN trophy.
Not playing much at all tho, 20th of june was the last time before tonight.
But now I have the problem that no slimes spawn. I got only 2 slimeballs, made a HUGE hall on bedrock but the fucking slimes won´t spawn. I hope this is a bug and it´ll be fixed soon.
Finished Star Wars: Battlefront II :) Was better in every single way than the predecessor, so good that I'm considering downloading the further two releases! :0 Sach good to recall SW <3
Also managed to download and install F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate finally, so I'm gonna play it in the next few nights along with Dead Space 2, which is waiting for quite a while now.
Just finished playing (got all achievements):
Half-Life 2
Half-Life 2: Episode One
Portal (hoyled my scores down for a while)
Now playing:
Wolfenstein 3D (classic! I'm actually liking this)
Toki Tori (this one is starting to get quite hard)
Audiosurf (only tried the Mono modes so far. very good cure for boredom)
But now I have the problem that no slimes spawn. I got only 2 slimeballs, made a HUGE hall on bedrock but the fucking slimes won´t spawn. I hope this is a bug and it´ll be fixed soon.
Igge wrote:Episode 2 is way better than episode 1 btw. You should play it.
yes i know. episode 1 took 5.7 hours to complete 100%, achievements and all. i have played episode 2 and am currently near the end. dunno why i stopped, but i will finish it later.
Elma - well, duh Minecraft - much less now with 1.8 lag, infinite bugs and annoying features. Haxball - very najs to play with random pro finns/russians! Portal - just tried this for the first time. max cute addicting game.
then again i don't know anything maybe easier not to think abouut alöl things thought than not things thought ... or something..=?
only elma, sometimes trackmania 2 canyon (game of the year). Also tried SPAZ like a month ago, got boring after some 10 hour of total playtime, I too greatly dislike the _zombies_ however, it was interesting experience considering it's an indie product. Also bought planescape torment, master of orion 1/2 and lands of lore 1/2 (this was just too mongo) from GOG.com, but haven't really gone back to any of those games recently.
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. Been playing this game against some friends the last 3-4 days for about 4-5hours a day. Funniest fighting game i've ever played!
Almost all the games I play once in a while are pre-2000, more specifically between 1985 (Super Mario Bros.) and 2000. Kuru Kuru Kururin and Portal may be the only exceptions to this rule, in the category of games I liked. I like about 20 games from between 85-99.
heroes 3 multi with a beer irl, nothing will change everly
tip: recently downloaded gamranger very good to play game online but u gamers alredy know it i guess
<Pawq> at a gym you have only 3 options: 1. have your eyes closed, 2. stare at yourself, 3. stare at others, all of which are either super boring or disgusting
Hell, today is a great day! I haven't played anything apart from elma since... AUGUST :O 4 worst only-school related months of my life ._. now that most of the shit is over I'm starting a 2 weeks marathon with films, books and games! Starting from replaying Crysis 2, then CoDs MW and MW2 again to warm up to the newly downloaded MW3. After that? Probably finally finishing Dead Space 2 and perhaps finally F.E.A.R. 2 or the new Assassin's Creed :)
started openttd.exe two times for lolz, 25hours wasted ;D is liek wtf super dynamic uber pro game. fuck "stories". best games are where you build your own story. better avoid opening that evil .exe again, too dangerous!
Just finished Crysis 2 again, loved it even more than the first time!! :0 max game))) gotta buy sometime, it will be a "fine addition to my collection" :>
Just finished Modern Warfare 3 <3 Earlier on finished MW and MW2, all 3 on veteran, all 3 in the last few days. MW3 took me 8 hours, started at 18 and with one short break finished at 2.30 :d Max game, much more spectacular than MW and MW2. Though that's why I preferred the previous ones. Quiet, little-scale missions in exotic sites :)
Now gonna finally finish that bloody Dead Space 2, which I started like months ago. Gonna buy F.E.A.R. 2 tomorow too, or possibly Gothic 3 :>
Star Wars: The Old Republic OMG this is sooo awesome! 110% Star Wars feeling and that all the time. I have never tought that a MMORPG could be that good.
Seriously considering to get it aswell, just have a hard time accepting to pay atleast 13$ a month to be allowed to play a game you already paid 60$ for in the first place.
It´s every penny worth and the first month is free. 13$ isnt´t that much, its like 2 or 3 drinks less/month. Even Skyrim is now lame shit compared to SWTOR.
Just finished Arcania: Gothic 4. As a Gothic lover I have to say that this was a very cool modern game, but not a hopeless Gothic :/ Very short (some 25h with "all" sidequests), very linear, very repeating... I am disappoint :( I think I'm going to play some classic square-face Gothic 1 soon :D
i have bought magicka on the steam, got over in two days, nice funny ez game. i was trying to ressurect Red alert 2 yuri´s revenge, but after 3 mins of playing i always got fatal error. sucks.
