Freefall and Stepps

i need some help on the steppes and freefall. i want to do the the shortcut way, but i just cant seem to get enough speed to pull the manouver. can someone help or send a replay?

i get to the platform and takes the apple in that replay but I can't get to the flower again...

You should try to break immediately when you start.
