Interesting, I had a similar idea just a couple days ago:
https://github.com/elmadev/awesome-elma

With the advantage of everyone with a GitHub account being able to contribute.

No built-in editor. There's an online editor for Amle by Ville, dunno if it's good for Amle2 (also dunno what's the difference between Amle1&2): http://gen.oktobia.org/amle/

Probably Dosbox needed for Across, I can test it tonight.

But let's not keep making the same mistake. There's no reason these kind of lists should be on some private website only editable by one person, which eventually will be outdated and then a wasted effort. Please consider using the tools we already have for collaborately making these things. Such as what me and 8ball linked.

Oke, this is the same version I've downloaded from myabandonware.com and already tested not long ago. Is wörking well on my older computer, but crashes after completing Warmup on the newer one.

But totally pointless to play UglyElma in Dosbox when you can play this game:

Check settings.ini and replace default elma lev folder path with your own! For example: C:\Games\EOL\lev\ - don't forget \ at the end of the line!
Unfortunately, program has many bugs and gives runtime errors very often, and generated levs always need further edits, but still possible to use it, so please put it on the list. Can be a good tool for creating FF & apple battle levs quickly.

The positive thing about using these mentioned alternative hosts is that everyone can collabotate. Instead of just posting here and waiting for you to update they can do it themselves. It does not require one person to be around to fix all things and make sure links work. Now you are going to quit some day or your host dies and all work is lost/useless until someone moves it to another place because we cant update your site and it will get outdated osv.

We have made the same mistakes över and over in the scene. Using the mentioned tools will avoid this and is the way i would prefer. The list is good but lacks kollaboration and future proofing.

Well, you still can do that project bene. Of course you can use this program list to download all programs so itll be faster for you and others.

Call me stupid, but i want to keep it and continue working on it. About host dying, probably yes probably not, but all programs are uploaded on Gmail and on Google Drive there is a list of those programs so another site isnt really needed. Then if Google dies some day, well world would be over!. If someone post another program, how much would we need to wait? 1 day, 3, one week? Isnt big deal imo even if you still can download posted link meanwhile. If i quit some day all i need is to put new link to list whenever someone post here cuz ill read it through mails.
Im not writing to convince you or someone else, so you can do the job (read first line).
I know i could not doing the best choice for you, but you or others can handle it if you think its good.
Also i would you like to keep adding programs to the list instead of discussing that again and again.

I guess the main point is that someone is making it. Wiki tends to be neglected for some reason.

What's up with random alignment of everything tho? It looks like it was made in Microsoft Word or something. This is in Firefox

I tried several times to fix it but web system is a bit mongo, so only solution ive got at the moment is to put one link for Chrome and one for FireFox (check first post). On Chrome its working properly all the time here, but on FireFox, explanations of "Various" are a little bit decentered sometimes and sometimes its all right, so its kinda mongo and hard to know what is the problem but at least in the worst case explanations are not too far as before.
So please some Chrome and FireFox users test it and write here how do you see the page. Ill keep trying to fix it anyways.

FireFox http://elastomania.wixsite.com/slaf/programs

Doesn't loook as fucked as before on Firefox but in Various 1. the text starts slightly above the link cells, 2. the link cells are slightly thicker than the text so the offset on the bottom is even bigger (about half a line), 3. the last 2 programs lack description? :p Nice work otherwise! =)
