I think I still don't fully believe this. I look at the number and it just doesn't seem real. For so many years people were sure that 14,00 is either almost perfect or actually perfect, and now we have ,8x? Someone wake me up.

There's no chain or anything in the wr, and wheelpop is only really a big deal in a few internals. Everything else is not hoyled enough that it matters. Doesn't really change anything unless you were going for WR in those few levs.

If anything, it should make you more interested in trying new stuff out since might be small things in lots of ints that can make a big difference.
Like in few weks your nick could be in the moposite WR table??

badyl: that .88 WR has 2 or 3 pops, can't remember now. FYI, Spef used a pop in a total time battle today. It's not some xiit black magic, it's a legit trick that we all should learn if we want to get/remain properly competitive.

The 01 internal style has included a natural wheelpop spot since table #001.

Mega table #400. It feels natural for such a monumental number to include an 01 WR inside, and such a huge improvement too. Congratulations danitah :)

i'm talking about the pops' difficulty, not about whole 01 in general, whole 01 is hard ofc. i'm also nat saying that dani is a nab, only that he's 47tt man (which is not a common tt for promans tbh, but not nab either, maybe he's just too focused with 01 to occupy with getting a roxxorz tt). we all have that one int level we're a lot better in than others (take my int52 for example), dani has sach skills he's pushed it to a wr, combined with stylefinding. still not tryna be rude tho, but dani had a bit of luck here finding that style first, and possibly mans will steal his wr soon.
the "personal experience" i was talking about when talking about pops is that i've done that start wp already once, so if even sach nabs (i'm nab, dani is nat) can pull it off, the poss for most, even for badyl, who has been so angery about wrstyle difficulty and who started this discussion overall

Probably 250 mans tried this style in some form in the past, but nobody else could make good time with it.

Also, 47tt means literally nothing when it comes to WR discussion. Plenty of mans have had terrible TTs and been very strong internalists. bene, Jarkko, Nekit are three names you're very familiar with. I have zero doubt that dani, bene and Nekit could all make 39TT within a week or two if they wanted, and much better than that if they had time to hoyl.

For sure quite lucky to find first pop spot. Or rather, lucky how no one found for 18y, because you literally just have to drive norm and accidentally brake there with low fps. Second pop is not so obvious though (but could make WR without it also).

No, don't think there's a chance TorInge quitted because of that.

Hah, this wu wr rec looks so raw and yet it is the thing that blew my mind more than anything elma-related in a very long time. Sick ingenuity and dedication, danitah, keep being awesome:) (i still dont like the idol pack though!!!!) A small step for TT, but a giant leap for internals.

@bene did you stop right after getting 12.99 just for the purpose of a secondbreak? And what would be the fpschangeful tas limit in your onion?

Ye, that was a legitimately funny observation. Kids these days cant comprehend the beastness of teh t0r. He'd probably get a few wrs in a week if decided to pick up the game randomly again.

Quitted after 12.99 since it was the target. Took some 10-15h to drive the rec. I never touched the first 4s so it's all the same as an early Dani tas. Can probably improve more if you drive a new rec from the start.

No idea what you can do with fps change.

Incredibly time. Only a few short months ago, seeing this time would have seemed completely insane, now apparently it's kinda expectable 8O Spef's whole top 10 is better than the danitah 13.88 WR too.

What a player.

Would be interesting to hear about the WR development process, which is unknown because of no WR updates. Zweq has been playing, perhaps he had the WR at some point? Also perhaps dani has been improving as well?

i didn't play wu for wr, it was just the first time in maby 5 years or more when i played internal for fun and got carried away, then suddenly i got bored and didn't play anymore. OK axxually hooked and bounce back were fun also in the last elma season

i think no harm has been done by lack of updates, that's no excuse for sparse updating interval though

very gz to spef, i has the privileg to eye the progress on dat discord channel  :bear:

yes i'm a laugh ik, going back to suicide attempts soon. just thought i would chill out for some short time and find a meaning to life.well i didn't but that's another story for another time. whatever.
i did not mean that the wr was by any means unimpressive. but now that new style was found and sl time is 12.99 it was kinda obvious that there is better possible than 13.88 and some insane ppl is going to push it towards the (human) limit. indeed the .09 improvement is nothing short of amusing though.

Btw, when this goes on the table, it will be the biggest improvement in WU history (0.09s), beating the 0.08s by dani (13.96 -> 13.88 in #400, 15/07/2018) and by FatherGod (14.18 -> 14.10 in #105, 07/12/2002).

iirc fathergod never had wu wr, he was just added to the wr history when darm 14.07 was removed, because fg could prove he had 14.10 and because nobody else cared / could prove he got awarded a bit bigger improvement slice and duration than deserved.
