John: John recently got his TT under 40. This might not be as special as it once was (after all, there are now about 15 people under), but it's definitely still a great achievment. John, in a fashion reminiscent of DarMoeD, came from practically nowhere. Although he (unlike DarMoeD) hasn't had any WRs yet, it's more than likely that he could have if he tried. There's certainly nothing lacking in the skills department. John is also a good battler, and is doing well in the Mopobattles statistics.
MP: MP took three victories in a row in WCup4; no one has done this before or after him. He made the ALP levels, updates Mopocorner (which recently got a new design), he's very good at pipes, had and has a superb total time (even though he dislikes internals), and is leading the top10 official levelpack records list. MP is one of the best battlers ever, just look at his 19 battles played and 29.00 average in Mopobattles if you don't believe me.
MagnusB: MagnusB does a lot of work for the scene - most recently with the battlebot, which has made life in #battle a lot easier. He also writes battles news, is a Mopoaluta moderator, and does the KOM polls (damn, this feels weird). He's a quite skilled player, and not at all bad at battles (12 Mopobattles played, 21.50 average and 1 event victory). He's also a decent level maker and web designer (although his site is now mostly dead).
TomCat: TomCat belongs to the mighty 39mins club, and he's the best Hungarian player (with 23 HRs). He has two WRs; the one on Labyrinth is simply stunning. He finished 12th in WCup4, also there he was by far the best Hungarian. He's doing well in the Mopobattles, in 8th place with 19 battles played, 1 event victory, and 24.47 average. And he's simply an overall very skilled player.
skint0r: skint0r is arguably one of the best level makers ever. He's a member of one of the best teams in the scene, IC. He has a TT under 42, even though he doesn't play internals much. He's definitely a very skilled player, and has been around for a very long time. He even participated in the first event of WCup 1 >>
skint0r is #across operator, updater of Moposite's Lgr section, arrangor of Mopobattles, LOM rater. Also, he has recently made yet another brilliant website and published the excellent skinternals >>
Did I forget an essential point about one of the players? Tell me here.

We've been through this several times. The KOM as it is today is not based on a person's achievements in one specific month, but their general contribution to the scene throughout out their entire career. If you don't like it, that's fine, but that's the way it is now.petsen wrote:skint0r is #across operator .... and has been around for a very long time.
no offence to skint0r, but what the heck has that go to do wether or not we should vote him for kuski of - MONTH ???
just asking...
New poll tomorrow.
well i bet thats how they did it earlier....zworqy wrote:Yeah, if this would have been based on achievments during a certain month this would have been July's poll, cause we don't know what everbody did in August until now...
