Should someone substitute Abula for LOM ?

Hey, I was just wondering to myself today, why doesn't a very good level designer like BarTek or any other take the place of Abula for rating the LOM levels because they seem to take more and more time to be updated so maybe this could be a good idea ...Well, stop reading this boring text and write your comments !

How would replacing him make it be updated any faster, Abula still has to upload results and calculate points from all raters.

I think that the LOMS definitely need to be uploaded more, but Abula probably has no time because he is still in the army.
