Repairing state.dat

Can someone please remove my hooked bug error of my state.dat.
10th time should be 18:74.
Can zomeone please help, because abula is too busy and i want the bug removed.

I thought Abula was the only person who can fix states.

As far as I know you can only edit best time with stateedit.

GuyB have some state fixing prog too, but he won't be at home before adter new year.
