Bug lines: what are thoose?

Post by Juski »

I haev wondered how to do bug lines since i saw the thick ones in some wcup level, what are thoose and can you make them on pupose. Recently i made a low quality battle level and it resulted in so much bug lines you ddnt know what was up or down :D

If you move two polygons very close to each other, there can come one. But it's omg ugly, no one should make them on pupose. And if they appear, the designer should try to remove them.

if I get them I Love them. Sometimes when you have gotten nice buglines they vanish after you make more changes to level...

It also depends on what zoom you use btw. With zoom 2 on 1024×768 resolution you can see a nice bug line on circitious.

LOL, juski and Kopa made same typo -> "pupose"

bug lines are usually annoying but in some levs they are used very well.
