No one of you telling how much you sleep but only when you go to sleep. I sleep 6-10h per night, 7½ is optimum. I go to sleep at 3:00 normally, no matter if it's week day or weekend. I know it's not good but that's it. Hi.

My head has ached like hell, and I've been dead tired in school now that I've tested going to sleep earlier a couple of days.. Can't say why, but there's a huge difference. I'm sleepy all day if I go to sleep earlier that normally.dz wrote:maybe, but going one hour earlier to bed before you normally do makes wonders. try it, made my schooldays much more pleasant.

I read this somewhere: When you sleep the "tiredness" while you sleep goes in waves like /\/\/\/\/ and when you go to bed at same time often thoose waves adjusts so you are the least tired when you awake at morning, but if you go to bed at other time then usual thoose waves fuck up and you are tired at morning.....SpeaK wrote:My head has ached like hell, and I've been dead tired in school now that I've tested going to sleep earlier a couple of days..
