Can't hit that apple...

Hey everyone - this is my first post here, I guess I'm kind of a newbie since I've only been playing about two years... anyway, I just tried level 45 (sink) after a while of not playing it, and I just couldn't hit the first apple. I don't remember ever having trouble with it before, but whatever I did, I just couldn't get it.

I downloaded some 1.2 thing (I was on the last official patch) and I can hit the apple whenever I run Elma12.exe, but still not Elma.exe. Something doesn't seem right here - I thought the game was supposed to work the same all the time! What's going on?

It's not psychological - I have no trouble getting the apple in 1.2, and I can never in 1.1a.

I tried and have no problems neither with 1.11hb or 1.2. Point is, which I mentioned before in some topic, that there are differences between different patches. It''t like tuning with v-sync. Playing with 1.11hb gives me lil' better grip than 1.2 :S still that doesn't explain your problem, does it

Just wanted to state the fact that there are differences.
(But since u can take apple with 1.2, don't waste time trying with that other version

)
