yea, there must be a relation, although i've noticed there are some exceptions to the rule. for example, a friend of mine plays guitar and some other instruments really well, but sucks in elma big time, although he tries like hell. Well, i could be another example, being a decent guitar player and sucking in elma for 4 years now, hehe.... ;) but i'd kick ya ass in bomberman tho' :)

Haha, when talking about sax, i'm the champ. Can't do more than 5 chords a little good, ok maybe 10. I am trying to play a piece of Air by Bach, and it's fucking hard, with sixteen chords. I can play some song by Rammstein a little (Hallelujah) , and some small riffs. Only that after a whole half year... ;)

electric rocks so much over acoustic, belive me! When I play sometimes on acoustic when beinng sooo lazy to get up in my room, I yadda yadda yadda someteh, and run upstairs.

Maybe our acoustic guitars are too crappy, but oh well. :roll:

i play electric and acoustic guitars, also some baritone and alto saxophone in highschool.
there is no "better" between acoutic and electric, it all depends what style you play. you cant really compare the resonance of an acoustic with an electric b/c they are just so different.

I had a feeling to record my guitar. So I did.
Luckily i get a amp modeller in 14 days, so then the sound will be clearer. Then the real practise for some good stuff can begin. :roll:

emo -> emotion, emotional

This label is today generally used on soft punk-inspired music with songs dealing with love, relationships etc.

Originally the label was coined by punk purists who didn't like certain types of bands in the industry, for instance Fugazi, which has very little to do with the music being labelled emo today.
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

The best music is the simple, yet powerfull in harmonic, lyrics and riffs.
Yes, solos are great too, but the basic is the important thing. Look at rammstein tabs. They look simple, some of them are, but yet they're so unique, and indentiable.
