You're looking for 2 letters, and there are several question marks in the picture, so I'm just gonna have to go with quick round. It's a pretty far-fetched guess, I know, but the fact that it's a "2-word level name" which begins with the letter q, I thought I might as well take a shot. Where the r is supposed to come from, I don't know. Perhaps one might concider the eyes rings?

Anyway, I'm gonna have to ask you for one more hint, since I assume the others need one as well?
