Which finger(s) do you use to turn your bike?
I just noticed that I use different fingers to turn my bike depending on how casual I am playing.
I use 5 when super relaxed, for light cruising. Then I switch to 2 when I find a level I like and up concentration. Body posture changes at this point. And when I get real serious I use 3, ususally in most battles or trying to beat a friend's time in some level.
I use spacebar to turn, as do most mans.

I use 1 on spacebar to turn and 2 on f1 to alo. Hand very relaxed position.

red indicate hands and green highlight buttons that are pressed... so 2

Spacebar,
I use 1 or 2, similarly to Lee - 1 for casual or tired, 2 for good focus. I have finger 5 on esc for end runs when my focus is in a weird place (which means finger 1 for turn) after like playing one lev too long going for PR, and this makes good play hard. Always try to fix when I notice.
I use arrows for other bike moves, and ctrl for alo. All fingers contribute interchangeably depending on moves, and I move my hand entirely for alo moments, or more complicated brake/gas. Also weird movement at start of each run because enter to start pressed by finger 2 on right hand, usually means finger 3 on gas/brake, unless is brake+ volt start in which case left hand press enter.
Brake+volt+turn start is very not good ergonomic for fingers xd

lshift = esc alias
lctrl = alo
Sometimes i press 'D' for brake alias, but very rare a lev requires it.

I use 1 to press 'c' button to turn my bike.

Left ring finger (4) to press 'a' for turn. Left index for alo volt on 'f'.
Re: Which finger(s) do you use to turn your bike?
4 = alias esc, 3 = turn, 2 = alias brake
Re: Which finger(s) do you use to turn your bike?
I recently changed turning with spacebar/left thumb 'cuz Sla said is too big button. Also I noticed thumb/spacebar not the fastest to quick double turn. It took a few days/weeks to get used to since I used default all my life.
Now I turn with 2 pressing X. Alo always on Z with 3. I notice a slight improve now. Much quicker/reliable double turn to quick lower front wheel. Wondering if I should change my default arrow keys now.
Never used esc or brake alias.
When I 'Enter' lev is very hard to go from Enter (left hand) to X and Z with 2 and 3. Very problem since I miss some ez starts in some balles that requires immediate inputs with left hand. Probably solved ez by going to numpad instead of default arrow keys.
All in all my elo went from some hard-earned 1300 to 1340-ish, so it makes me think I could push some 1400 (at current skill level) if I optimize everything else.
I'm looking at some really creative setups here. Very inspiration. Gtz!

3
In the very long ago past I always opened elma when talking on the phone. I changed turn to right shift because it gave the option to play with one hand (the other holding the phone). Alo and brake alias were added sometime in the next 15 years or so.
Sometimes my right thumb sneaks in for left turn when a lev requires pressing gas very hard (with two fingers)

Well I'm guilty of that too sometimes. Annoying starts are good in my book.
Re: Which finger(s) do you use to turn your bike?
Correct answer is 2
Re: Which finger(s) do you use to turn your bike?
1 for turn (spacebar), 2 (i think :D) for brake (R) and 5 for esc. Took months a few years ago to relearn brake on left hand instead of down arrow, but so fucking worth it for the extra control o,o
