The Pipe Challenge by BoneLESS and Boomer88

Hello guys,

I and Boomer_88 had an idea about doing a kind of pipe cup. ( Something like LOS Cup and KingCup ) The thing is that there will only be pipe levels. The best levels we'll create will be events in this cup. The project isn't really developped yet so, if you have suggestions, tell them. If you like the idea, tell it, if you hate the idea, tell it.
I hope many people will participate.

Please start this contest soon, and you should try getting some good designers make levels for it

Just something, would you prefer levels with :
- A certain number of apples which are count down ( there's a number beside each apple ) and if you don't finish the level, i put the highest number of apples you took.
OR
- I don't put any apples in the levels and only the ones who finished the level have best times and points on the site .

i would play for sure
id prefer having apples along to way, so that when you make it far (but not all the way) its not a total disappointment. it would be best to do like in LOS cup bonus round where you get 1-xx points for apples and substantially more for finish

edit: also b/c i suck at driving pipes fast and b/c jalli would win every round

apples all teh way yes.

But I don't think you should get extra points for finishing, actually I think that it shouldn't be like los cup bouns event.. I think it should be like Wcup pipe event, where no. one get's 100p, 2 85p, 3, 70p ect. ect. caus then more changes for the not extreme good pipers.

For the moment there is :

- All level will have apples in them ( surely 50 apples by levels )
- The point system will look like this : 1rst = 100 pts, 2nd = 85, 3rd = 75, 4rth = 65, 5nd = 60, 6th = 50, 7th = 40, 8th = 30, 9th = 20, 10th = 10, 11th = 9, 12th = 8, and so on to zero ! ( It will be likely this, but not exactly as i just demonstrated )
- The pipe levels will all be done by BoneLESS and Boomer_88, except if someone send us an excellent level.

Have i forgot something?Do you want me to add some rules? Just write...

Yes, If you're only two persons making levels, you will get sick making pipe levels, unless you use very long time ( just look at team cup pipe levels by me

), so I think you should ask ppl to send you levels for the cup.. however; your cup, your decision

Well, i already did some pipe levels, and i have time to create during events. Creating a good pipe level ain't that though. And i said before that if someone sends me a very good level, i'll put it in !
So you can send me some if you want to .

The first level will be called Self Control and it's made by me, i think it's a rather cool level, easily finishable, well not easily but, finishable.
I'll put on a web site quickly and notify you as soon as i finish it.
The site will be called "The Pipe Challenge"

Wow. What a coincident. Last week, I made 4 excellent pipe (way better than the LOS cup pipe) levels. I may send them to you and if you like them, use them.

Next point, i've finished the first event, i'll publish it soon...
I'll write in some minutes, or hours the link to the web site of the contest. You have to understand that i just did a quick site. The design is not entirely finished so, don't bother if some things on the site are ugly or, doesn't fit in the page. The level will be downloadable soon...

Damn, don't know how to edit a post so,
You'll maybe notice that at the left of the start, it's written "Bonus 5", and you see a "5" in a circle, it means that if you succeed to touch the circle, you get the number of bonus points written in it ! Isn't that great, still a hardcore pipe but, hey, these are bonus points
