thinking about how many elasto mania players seriously compete in #ranks , im starting to think that maybe elasto mania is really a game for nolif0rs. sitting playing elma all day is quite pointless, only for some record. but hey, sitting waiting for MACHINE__ to tell you when it's skÃ¥Ã¥ring time, and then skÃ¥Ã¥re as quickly as possible..seems to me to be a lot more meaningless. i have done it a bit when online, just to try it and so, but to sit online as much as possible to win it? OMG.

i think that since ppl sit and play same level over and over again, being so annoying, makes our minds dull. we can compete without caring what we compete, because of its repetetiveness. elma is crazy like that, isnt it, how much you have to repeat the exact pattern.

maybe it's not so strange that abula has the energy for huge updates, and that elma players are obsessed with elma statistics.

maybe to say #ranks is a more nolif0r game..but hey..share your thoughts.

both are quite n0lifer games, but imo, #ranks is more n0lifer. power of #ranks has took few guys out of wc5, which is weird imo. pheer teh powar of #ranks, and hopefully u wont get addicted to teh.

Maybe ElMa is a n0lif0r game.

But then u also gotta thing of Hattrick.org more than 500.000 play hattrick.
Some of my friends use more than 5 hours a day on this game.

So at that point elma isn't such a big n0lif0r game

the fact that elma has physics and more than 2 colours makes it a lot less nolif0r than a lot of other games

#ranks arent actuly as n0.lif0r as many seem to think, if you just use loud volume at speakers then you dont need to be close to the cimputer at all, the only thing that #ranks has changed about me is that i nowdays turn on the computer before i go to school sometimes eventhough i dont use it. and that mIRC is the last thing i turn off before i turn off the computer.

we use 24hours a day at ranks i been about 31 hours awake now and like 12 hours more planed untill i sleep

and when i sleep i wake up to "play ranks" when i hear a highlight sound that it is scoring time.

1. Join #ranks at IRCnet
2. Get some highlight script
3. Always have speakers on when close to the computer

#ranks isn't a n0-lifing game it just turns out that many of the #ranks ers become one.
